Seasons End: The Tale of a Dallas Cowboys fan ~ Heavenly Lake Tahoe ~ Pro Bowl & Super Bowl ~ Pudge Rodriguez

Random Info: Heavenly...  Yes, we're starting with the Random Info section today. It's a new year and the most exciting thing I have to talk about is my recent trip to Lake Tahoe with two of my friends.  We planned a girls trip months ago, which ended up being the perfect week to get out of Dallas.  The Cowboys lost On January 15th to the Green Bay Packers, and I flew out to Tahoe on the 17th. " Want to get away??? " - Yes, yes I do.  I had never been to Tahoe or anywhere in the Northwest besides Portland. I was excited and heard they were going to get a lot of snow!! Ideal conditions for any skiier or snowboarder. So I've dreamed...  I arrived Tuesday, and it was perfect. My friend and I had dinner, I drug her to 10 different stores trying to decide on a new ski helmet to buy ( renting one grosses me out ), and then we made it back to our awesome hotel.  Day 2, Blizzard. PLAYOFFS: Green Bay Packers vs. Dallas Cowboys ~ We Will Win ~ Costco

GO COWBOYS!!! PLAYOFFS!!! Sunday, January 15th Green Bay Packers vs. Dallas Cowboys 3:40 PM CST on  FOX Y'all... the Packers are coming in Hot!  We had a good enough record to bypass the " Wild Card " Playoff weekend last weekend. So while our Cowboys were resting and healing up, the Packers slowly destroyed the New York Giants, in 11 degree temps at Lambeau Field ( their home field in GB ). They won 13-38, which puts their win streak at 7 games, averaging 31.8 points per game and holding their opponents to an average of 17.8 points per game. Sheesh.  History Lesson...  The Cowboys played the Packers in  Week 6, winning 30-16 . This was after Aaron Rodgers made his infamous statement in Week 4 telling Green Bay Packers fans to  R-E-L-A-X . But they did beat the New York Giants in Week 5, and then again in the Playoffs last week.  So, if history is on our side...  the Packers beat the Giants twice this s
