March Madness ~ Mean to Me

March Madness!!! You officially have one more day to fill out your bracket before the games begin!!  What is March Madness ?? It's college basketball. It's 64 teams. It's the Sweet Sixteen. It's the Elite Eight. It's the Final Four. It's the National Championship. It's cutting down the net!! Uconn won last year... watch this highlight reel . You may have an office pool going on, with everyone filling out brackets... here are a few things to note...  1. The person who normally wins is the person who knows the least about basketball and typically picks based on team colors. Betting more than $5 is unwise, unless you're the person mentioned above.  2. SMU hasn't been in the tournament in 22 years. So, if you're from TX and want to represent - you should pick them to beat UCLA.  3. Texas, as in UT, is in the big dance again. I'm not a huge UT fan and am not sure they will beat Butler. But, if you're an alumni of UT, pic

Farewell to DeMarco Murray, Yu Darvish and the Mavs Chemistry

GO COWBOYS!!! I never thought I would say goodbye to DeMarco Murray so soon. ( No, I don't really know him, but you know what I mean ). I liked him. He seemed like a great guy. So, thank you for everything you did for The Dallas Cowboys! We, the fans, appreciate it.  And then, The Eagles entered the picture. The land of booing .  For those of you who haven't been in daily/weekly debates about the fate of his future, since October, there are two main views: those who believe that he was used up too much last year and stats prove he will be much less productive this year ( aka, not worth more than $6M a year ) or... he was loyal to the Cowboys, played through a few injuries ( Romo takes the cake on that accomplishment ) and eventually stopped fumbling, so we should have kept him!  Where do I stand? There's no right or wrong answer here. I agree with both sides. Yes, stats prove that a Running Backs do not have outstanding years back to back. Emmitt was able to d
