SUPER BOWL!!! The SUPER BOWL !!!!! What is the Super Bowl? Only the greatest event in Sports! Well, at least the greatest event in Football! Teams play 16 games in the regular season, then play their way through the Playoffs to get to the SUPER BOWL!!! ( attending one is on my bucket list - I would react like this lady , along with the Pro-Bowl, but I just love Hawaii ) SEATTLE SEAHAWKS  vs   DENVER BRONCOS February 2, 2014 ~ 5:30 PM in NYC ( this time is subject to change since the MetLife Stadium in NYC is outdoors and it's quite frigid across the country right now! Oh how I miss NYC! ) Seattle is a good team! Russell Wilson is their QB ( he's also on our Texas Rangers baseball card ... remember, I told y'all we own him ). He's a young kid from the University of Wisconsin, that was drafted by the Seattle Seahawks in 2012. Third round pick... playing in the SB! GO COWBOYS!!! The Dallas Cowboys... are on vacation. Look for them at local Dallas restaurants, the beaches of Mexico and a few of them in Hawaii at the Pro Bowl , next Sunday, 6:30 PM! The Pro Bowl is a fun game for the "best" players to show off their talents! It is the NFC vs. AFC. Cowboys Pro Bowl Roster: ~ Dez Bryant (WR) ~ Tyron Smith (OT) ~ Jason Hatcher (DT) As for the only real football still being played... there's this big game coming up on February 2nd. THE SUPER BOWL ! I have thoughts about this, but first things first... the two teams in the Super Bowl are...  DENVER BRONCOS vs SEATTLE SEAHAWKS February 2, 2014 ~ 5:30 PM in NYC You read that correctly... Peyton Manning ( the QB for Denver ) has made it to the Super Bowl! Fingers crossed that he wins and can leave the game on top! ( He suffered a neck injury two years ago, so his time is limited by more than just his age! )  More on this game next week!  The Cowboys   Draft countdown begins !

GO COWBOYS!!! The Dallas Cowboys... I have a theory for next season.  It is not extensive, nor is it thought out through every position. BUT! A few things have unfolded over the past week that could bode well for the Boys!  Tim Tebow ( please tell me you know who he is?!?! ), recently anchored on the ESPN broadcast for the spectacular BCS Championship game (college football). He was dead on with his analysis and his predictions! He has also been working with a former NFL Player, Trent Dilfer, and trying to get back to being an NFL QB. ( just keep listening... ) Johnny Manziel ( please tell me you know who he is?!?! ), QB for Texas A&M football team... Johnny Football! He and Tebow are quite different off the field (from what I see on TV), but He has a great ability to play the QB position and decided today to enter the NFL Draft next year!
