Week 3: Chicago Bears vs. Dallas Cowboys ~ Rangers Clinch AL West ~ Colorado Estes Park

COWBOYS 1-1  (wins-losses) Sunday, September 25th Dallas Cowboys vs. Chicago Bears  (home team is second) 7:25 PM CST on NBC We defeated the Washington Redskins LW, 27-23.  Dak Prescott, our backup QB for Romo and Rookie, completed 22-30 passes for 292 yards. I feel like he keeps getting better and better. His presence in the pocket is becoming more and more assertive with our wide receivers and running backs. And he only had one rushing attempt, 6 yards for a Dallas Cowboy Touchdown!!    This Weeks Matchup...  We get to play the Chicago Bears in Dallas!  Did you watch Chicago last week on Monday Night Football? They lost 29-14 vs. the Philadelphia Eagles.  Jay Cutler, the QB for the Bears did NOT have his best game. He used to play in Denver, back in the day, and I would have him as my fantasy football QB. One week, 32 points, the next week, 14. You just never know with this guy. Most people like the way he throws. He has like a baseball/football throw. But

Week 2: Dallas Cowboys vs. Washington Redskins ~ Texas Rangers Walk-off Win ~ FC Dallas wins USOC

COWBOYS 0-1 (wins-losses) Sunday, September 18th Dallas Cowboys vs. Washington Redskins  (home team is second) 12:00 PM CST on  FOX We lost last week vs. the New York Giants. By 1 point.  What went wrong?  1. Our Offensive Line was not up to par 2. We have a Rookie for a QB, who actually did a great job, but still isn't Romo ( yes he has potential, just sayin' it was his first NFL game, experience counts for something )  3. Dez Bryant 4. Terrance Williams did not get out of bounds at the end of the game, which would have set up Dan Bailey for a field goal ( the three point Field Goal was almost a guaranteed 3 points with the most accurate kicker in the NFL ) As much as we all thought our Defense was going to be our main issue these first few games, it was rough watching Dez have two passes hit his hands and not pull them in. Bryant is notorious for this. He had one catch for 8 yards and was targeted 5 times. My grandma could catch a pass and run for

New York Giants vs. Dallas Cowboys ~ Texas Rangers 20 games left ~ Golf Now App

COWBOYS Sunday, September 11th New York Giants vs. Dallas Cowboys  (home team is second) 3:25 PM CST on  FOX Jerry Jones has had a big week. He's gearing up for his 27th season as the Cowboys Owner and GM. So, he buys a helicopter. To fly back and forth from The Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, TX to The Star practice facility in Frisco, TX.  There is a lot of traffic in Dallas now. Worse than it's ever been. All of our highways are being expanded to 4-6 lanes on each side of the highway, yes, 12 across in some places. Too many people are moving here! It feels like LA traffic now. So, Jerry had to buy a faster mode of transportation!  If he ever wants to pick me up from my office and fly me home in order to avoid 40 minutes of traffic to go less than 20 miles... I'll take him up on it!  Forbes magazine also named The Cowboys the Most Valuable Sports Team of 2016 with a Value of $4B .  And we haven't won a game in years. A playoff game, that is.

Dallas Cowboys and Tony Romo ~ Texas Rangers Win Streak ~ College Gameday ~ Sunshine and Rain

COLLEGE FOOTBALL This is it. Your life for the next 4 1/2 months is officially occupied. You can continue to be social, it's the polite thing to do. However, I do not judge those who have the Watch ESPN app and use it regularly.  Remember, I attended the University of North Texas. Yes, I believe God allowed that to happen so I would study and get a degree. Had I gone to a school with more of a sports scene, it would not have been good. Caw Caw. #MeanGreen Wear your colors this weekend!! #CollegeColors My tradition, as I've mentioned before, is French Toast, bacon and College Gameday, every Saturday morning. As soon as the temperature drops; I will have all windows open, candles burning, slippers on and a warm plate in my hands, while crying during emotional segments on College Gameday , and then yelling at my TV during intense games. So good.  What is your tradition??  Here is a link to all games this weekend . It will be too late by the time you
