GO COWBOYS!!! 4-10  (wins - losses) Sunday, December 27th Dallas Cowboys vs. Buffalo Bills  (home team is second) 12:00 PM CST on FOX Well... it's the off-season for the Cowboys now... unofficially, at 4-10. It's the off-season for the Bills too, at 6-8.  When you're 4-10, you start placing your starting players that are injured on the IR ( Injured Reserve ) and getting them healed up for next season.  Romo and Dez are officially on IR. Witten has chest soreness, Beasley has a knee issue and I wouldn't be surprised if a few Offensive Lineman were limited in the last two games as well. No need to get injured when you only have two games left in the season and no hope of the playoffs.  Buffalo Bills...  We used to play them a lot back in the 80's and 90's. GO COWBOYS!!! 4-9  (wins - losses) Saturday, December 19th New York Jets vs. Dallas Cowboys  (home team is second) 7:25 PM CST on NFL Network So, it's Christmas Time... the game starts in a few hours and I'm just now writing my blog... ha! Good times.  The Cowboys are now 4-9 after our loss last week to the Green Bay Packers.  Yes, we are in draft mode... sadly, the more games we lose, the better spot we'll have in the NFL Draft this year. Not the way we like to think.  All you need to know about the Jets...  1. They share a stadium with the New York Giants in New Jersey... Meadowlands . 2. The Jets are 8-5, 2nd in the AFC East behind the NE Patriots. 3. The Jets Defense is pretty stellar.  4. Ryan Fitzpatrick , Jets QB, has over 3k yards, 25 TD's but 11 INT's! (interceptions). Dude isn't invincible, but he's pretty good when throwing to Brandon Marshall ! He's averaged 310 yards and 3 TD's in the last 3 games. And they're 3-

GO COWBOYS!!! 4-8  (wins - losses) Sunday, December 13th Dallas Cowboys vs. Green Bay Packers  (home team is second) 3:25 PM CST on FOX The Cowboys are playing a Green Bay Packer team that is 8-4.  The last time we faced the Packers, was last year in the second round of the Playoffs. Remember... the Dez "catch." Yeah. We remember. Dan Blandino, on Ben and Skin.   Packers...  They have Aaron Rodgers as their QB. Who I am a fan of. But, not Sunday! The Green Bay Packers have not played their best football lately. They started the season 6-0, then lost 3 in a row and haven't gotten back on track since.  They have not been able to convert on 3rd down. Too many of their WR's are injured, so they aren't throwing on short yard plays. Their two main Running Backs, Lacy and Starks can't seem to get the job done either. So, advantage Cowboys Defense!!! GO COWBOYS!!! 3-8  (wins - losses) Monday Night Football, December 7th Dallas Cowboys vs. Washington Redskins  (home team is second) 7:30 PM CST on ESPN Monday Night Football... The Dallas Cowboys vs. The Washington Redskins... Not the powerhouse game the NFL was expecting when they made the schedule for 2015!  So, my Uncle and cousin are BIG Redskins fans!!! Like, they have Hog outfits and RGIII Jersey's... that they tried to give me at Thanksgiving, because they think Jerry will pick him up with Romo out. They replaced that jersey with a Kirk Cousins one. I told them I'd use it for kindling in my fireplace... ( no opponent gear allowed in my house ).  The NFC East... what went wrong?? The Eagles beat the Patriots today... which means, if the Cowboys beat the Redskins tomorrow night, we would be one game out of First Place in our Division. hahaha...  I am still holding out for Draft Picks... which means we have to lose to get a closer to the front of the line

GO COWBOYS!!! 3-7  (wins - losses) Thanksgiving Day, November 26th Carolina Panthers vs. Dallas Cowboys  (home team is second) 3:30 PM CST on CBS Y'all... everyone just plays harder when Romo is on the field...  We finally won a game last week against the 4-6 Miami Dolphins! Rolando McClain even got a pick 6!! A PICK 6! The first of his career!! ( A Pick 6 is when a defender intercepts or recovers a fumble and scores 6 points for the Touchdown on the same play... pick up the ball and score 6... Pick 6 ).  *** If you don't remember seeing much of McClain this year, it is because he was suspended for 4 games at the beginning of the season for substance abuse. We are glad you're healthy and back in action McClain! *** This week is a short week. We played on Sunday, on the road, in Miami, and now come home and prepare for the Panthers in just 3 days! The names may not have all changed, but we're still glad to have you! Oh wait, our RB's names have all changed...  ***I'll let Mase sing to you  (let the song play while you read...)*** Romo's status has officially been changed from Out/Probable/Questionable to ACTIVE!!! If you're a Fantasy Football player... you like it when the IR, O, Q and P leave your status updates, which hasn't happened much this season.  What are our odds vs. Miami?  Well, on Defense, Morris Claiborne is out, but we have Sean Lee back. And Byron Jones , secondary phoneme, is going to help out where Claiborne left off. He will most likely be covering Rishard Matthews , the Dolphins leading WR, who has 42 receptions, over 600 receiving yards and 4 TD's. We believe in you kid! You got this!  Ryan Tannehill

GO COWBOYS!!! 2-6  (wins - losses) Sunday, November 15th Dallas Cowboys vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers  (home team is second) 12:00 PM CST on FOX No Tony Romo. No Sean Lee. No Back-Up QB that can win. Jason Witten is still playing injured, but he's Jason Witten. Dez is playing with pride injuries. Our Defense is pretty banged up and our Offense is hoping that McFadden can stay healthy as our starting RB. 6 straight losses by a Margin of 6.2 points per game ( if you extract the Patriots game... we knew we were going to lose that... if you add it in, it bumps the average margin to 9 points per game ). Where do we go from here?  I like to sing the song from the Lion King... Zazu , the bird... he's trapped in the cave with Scar and sings...
