MEMORIAL DAY Before we get to sports, please choose to stop and remember and honor all of those who have served our country and are currently serving our country.  There are many great organizations that are doing remarkable things to honor these men, women and their families.  If you are able to join with Carry the Load, they are giving all of us an opportunity to walk with them and help them carry on the memory of those we all have loved, and most often lost. GO RANGERS !!! 19-20 8th in the AL (American League) 2nd in the AL West (7.5 games behind the Houston Astros) What's happening???  The Rangers have been on a 6 game win streak!  Our pitchers have been bringing their A-game! I mean, Martin Perez always does at home, but for real... dude had a great game on Thursday night vs. the San Diego Padres. He only had three strikeouts (K's), but he was pitching 96 MPH in the first 6 innings. Sam Dyson came in to close and get the W, but it was good to see our guys keeping the heat all game! Offensively... we are rollin'...  ~ We have 7 guys batting over .200, Elvis is leading with .289.  ~ Joey Gallo is leading the team with 12 home runs, tied for 2nd in the American League. ~ Gallo also has 27 RBI's... ironically, Nelson Cruz leads this stat in the AL with 31 RBI's.
