GO COWBOYS!!! 5-3 (wins-losses)
Minnesota Vikings vs. Dallas Cowboys (away vs. home)
Sunday, November 10th @ 7:20 PM CST
We won last week vs. the Giants. It wasn't pretty, but we'll take it.
The main thing people were super excited about was Sean Lee playing for Vander Esch and having a great game! (and injury free)
Who is Sean Lee? Our veteran Linebacker, #50, who has suffered from multiple injuries over the years and is now a mentor/back-up to the young Vander Esch, Smith, Awuzie and the entire LB (Linebacker) corp. And when his time came to play, he did! Last week he had 12 total tackles, 9 solo and 3 assisted. Think of him as the defensive version of Jason Witten.
What to expect this week vs. the Vikings...
Our Defense will represent, and Sean Lee will be at the helm.
The Vikings QB is Kirk Cousins. He seems like a really nice guy and came under fire after the Vikings lost in Week 2 vs. the Packers and Week 4 vs. the Bears. So, he decided to help is team defeat the Giants, Eagles, Lions and Redskins. Their win streak ended last week in a 26-23 loss to the Chiefs. Cousins still played well, but the Chiefs Tyreek Hill had 140 yards and 1 TD. They couldn't stop the run game.
Running...
I think we know a guy on the Cowboy who can do that. Zeke. I say he rushes for over 100 yards. And that's exactly what the Vikings will try to do to us too. Dalvin Cook is their start RB. Zeke may be the highest paid RB in the league, but Cook his ranked first in rushing yards and second in rushing TD's in the NFL.
What shall we hope for then, that our Defense does this thing called a pass rush... gets pressure on Cousins, forces maybe his second interception since their win streak began, and we get the W. Oh and while pressuring Cousins, we can't let Cook run all over us.
Dak, our QB, will throw two TD's and one will go to Cobb. Cobb has been pretty irrelevant the past few weeks. It's time he does something big! Cooper and Gallup have battled knee injuries, but should play Sunday.
Final question: Zeke trails Cook by 153 yards and 4 TD's on the season. How many yards and TD's will Zeke get Sunday night? How many will Cook get?
I don't really care as long as we get the Win!

GO MAVS!!! 6-3 (wins ~ losses)
We're only 9 games into the season and Luka ranks sixth in the NBA in average points per game, 28.1, and second in assists, 9.3.
Porzingis has stepped it up, averaging 20.1 points per game and 8.3 rebounds per game. We need more of this.
All in all, Doncic makes all of these guys look good, especially Powell! #alleyoop

Random Info...
All I have to say is LSU beat Bama.
Read it and weep with joy.
And does anybody else hear, Joe Burrow, and think of the QB in the movie Draft Day? Bo Callahan? I have no clue why, but every time I hear Joe Burrow - I flash to the, not so great QB (opposite of Joe), in the Draft Day movie, and have to remind myself that Joe doesn't equal Bo and Burrow after Joe doesn't equal Bo. So where does this association in my brain come from? No clue. You're welcome. You will never get that moment of time back.
